Benvenuti! At Rustichella Pasta Bar, we want every visit to feel welcoming, relaxed, and memorable. To help us create the best experience for all, we kindly share a few notes below.

Reservations and Walk-Ins

  • Bookings are available for both small and larger groups via our online Book a Table page.
  • To secure your spot, a $30 booking guarantee per person applies. This is only charged in the case of a no-show, helping us keep tables available for all our guests.
  • Walk-ins are always welcome, with tables offered depending on availability (indoors or outdoors, weather permitting).
  • We’ll hold tables for 15 minutes past your reserved time.
  • Cancellations can be made online up to 3 hours beforehand. After that, please give us a call on 07 3189 9036. During our busiest hours, we may not always be able to answer right away.
  • For larger gatherings, we recommend pre-arranging with us and considering one of our set menus for an easy, smooth experience.

Dining Time

  • Standard seating time is 1.5 hours. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time, as later bookings often follow your table, especially for early evening reservations. Where possible, we’re always happy to extend your time with us.

Food and Drinks

  • We don’t offer BYO food or beverages, as we’ve carefully selected our Italian wine and drinks list to pair beautifully with our Emilia-Romagna dishes.

Vaping/Smoking

  • For everyone’s comfort, vaping or smoking isn’t permitted inside or within 4 metres of the venue.

Pets

  • Pets are very welcome in our outdoor area. We just ask they stay by your side on the floor (not on benches or cushions).
  • Service dogs are, of course, permitted indoors with the appropriate identification.

Dietary Requirements

  • Please let us know in advance if you have specific dietary needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • We’re a regional Italian restaurant, and while not every dish can be adapted, we’ll always work with you where we can.
  • Gluten-free options are available, but as our kitchen is not fully gluten-free, we can’t guarantee no cross-contamination.

Atmosphere

As a licensed venue, we follow RSA guidelines. For safety, we may need to stop service for anyone showing signs of intoxication or behaving in a way that affects others’ experience.

Our goal is a warm, enjoyable space for all. We kindly ask that staff and fellow guests are treated with respect.
